650A-ADCS

The 650A-ADCS is an electro-mechanical PLC application training system which demonstrates electro-mechanical inputs and outputs typically found in an industrial environment. This desktop-sized application can be used in stand-alone mode or integrated with PLC operation.

Control of the panel devices is accomplished in three ways. The 650A-ADCS can be controlled by TII’s series of PLC training systems, other PLCs using banana jack electrical interconnections, or as a stand-alone training system using the built-in 24 VDC internal power supply and switches. Interconnections are made through use of wire cross-patches connected to the jacks for each device. A set of cross patches are included with the training system.

Our training system is also accompanied by an instructor’s guide as well as a student manual. This manual is a comprehensive student resource, featuring detailed exercises and testing materials. Student exercises begin with basic control concepts and progress to comprehensive process sequencing actives involving multiple devices and the entire training system.
